I had a great experience overall at this hotel, with incredibly friendly staff who were always eager to help. The rooms were luxurious and spacious, featuring modern technology, but unfortunately, the pillows had a foul smell, which was quite off-putting. The location was decent, close to cultural sites but lacked a relaxing atmosphere. While the service was top-notch, the dining left something to be desired.
